KNOWN ISSUE: Some invoices created or updated directly in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero may not appear in WisePay due to a sync issue. Updates made in QBO or Xero (such as invoice amounts or paid status changes) may also not be reflected in WisePay.
If invoices are missing, merchants can go to Outstanding Invoices and select
Refresh Invoice Data to resync.
