Updated Privacy Policy for Privacy Policy.

This policy explains your choices about how we use information about you. Your choices include how you can object to certain uses of information about you and how you can access and update certain information about you. If you do not agree with this policy, then you must not access or use our services or interact with any other aspect of our business.

Wise-Sync regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with us and our 3rd party providers. In Australia, Wise-Sync is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (as amended), the Australian Privacy Principles (collectively, Privacy Law), and the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme in Australia. For the rest of the world, use of Wise-Sync will be governed by the US Privacy Shield.

Our global privacy policy is to respect all laws that apply to our business and this includes the NDB and GDPR. We also appreciate our partners have requirements under GDPR that are directly impacted by the use of Wise-Sync products and services. We are committed to helping our customers stay in compliance with GDPR and their local requirements.

Our privacy policy covers the information we collect about you when you use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us (for example, by attending our events or visiting our booth at an industry event), unless a different policy is displayed.

Acceptance of these terms applies to all Wise-Sync users and sets out the way in which Wise-Sync collects and uses personal and corporate information, and other requirements as set out in our privacy policy. Where we provide the services under contract with an organisation (for example your employer) that organisation controls the information processed by the services.

Our website has our Privacy Policy and additional information about how we collect, store and use your personal information.
